Pepper Brown Sugar Drip
This burger drip has a little kick, with the perfect amount of sweet. Pair it with pepper jack cheese, a bit of mayo and this will blow your favorite restaurant burger out of the water!
Ingredients:
- 1 Purple Onion
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Mince onion and jalapeño and cook on medium heat in a sauce pan. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil. Let simmer until desired thickness is achieved.
Tips & Tricks:
The heat in jalapeños is not only in the seeds but also in the ribs that hold the seeds. You determine the heat with how much you leave in our take out!
This stores well in the fridge and tastes great on things outside of burgers, like turkey sandwiches and shredded chicken.
