Our story
It all begins with a dream! I’m Nicole, a farmer’s wife and daughter! My passion for agriculture has always been persistent in my life. When I moved from my family farm to live with my husband, I knew I wanted to somehow still be able to share that passion with my dad, Steve. We operate The Farm Table together! I handle the marketing, Dad in production, with mom and JD here for operational support!

Our consumers are proud and confident when they know where their beef & pork came from. What an awesome feeling, right? All of our animals are raised in central Missouri. It is our mission to make sure all of our animals are treated the best way in the pasture and even when it comes to our processor. We mean it when we say we wouldn’t just choose anybody. We would be more than happy to answer any and all questions about how processing works, how to choose certain cuts of meat, and who we choose to process our meats.
