Ingredients:

- 1 Green Pepper

- 1 Purple Onion

- 1 Sirloin Steak

Seasoning:

- Garlic

- Salt

- Pepper

- Chili Powder

Optional: Lime Juice

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut onion, pepper and steak into strips. Cover a cookie sheet with tin foil and place veggies and steak on it. Top with seasoning and place into the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve directly from the pan with chips or tortillas.

Tips & Tricks

I pre-cut the veggies and the sirloin steak. Use half of the seasoning on the meat and place in a container. Use the other half on the cut veggies and place in a separate bowl. Then when ready to cook, just dump on the pan!

Pairs great with sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes or more of your favorite toppings.
